Polyurethane Timing Belt

Circular knitting belt is a kind of belt used in knitting machinery (circular knitting machine).
Commonly known as: large round machine tooth belt, its specific name is: TT5 timing belt. The materials for making the tooth belt of the big round machine are: polyurethane and Kevlar core.
TT5 timing belt: strong tensile strength, good bending resistance, no elongation, high wear resistance, low noise, and maintenance-free.

Barbieri® H toothed timing belt: made of thermoplastic polyurethane, embedded with high-strength steel wire core, high quality, high wear resistance, and can run smoothly under high load.
Polyamide cloth can be added to the back and tooth surfaces as required to reduce friction coefficient, reduce noise and improve belt tooth meshing.

Barbieri® supported polyurethane flat belt series : Models can be P1-P2-P3-P4, made of thermoplastic polyurethane, embedded with a high-strength steel wire core, with high wear resistance and strong tensile strength.
According to customer requirements, the back of the timing belt can be added with cloth and PU glue, which is more wear-resistant and durable.

Barbieri® Double sided antisymmetric toothed belt: The tooth shape and pitch are the same as those of single sided toothed synchronous belt. Made of thermoplastic polyurethane, with high-strength steel wire core embedded inside, it has excellent quality, and has the characteristics of synchronous, double efficiency, non-slip meshing transmission, and low noise.

Barbieri® Double side staggered toothed belt: The tooth shape and pitch of double side staggered toothed belt are equivalent to those of single side toothed belt.
