3. Tooth processing: Using hobbing or gear shaping machine to process the tooth profile of the pulley is an indispensable production step. 4. Drilling, countersinking, tapping, keyway, mounting flange, etc.

5. Surface treatment: In order to improve the surface quality and anti-oxidation performance, the synchronous wheel needs to be surface treated. Common surface treatment methods include: oxidation, blackening, nickel plating, galvanizing, phosphating, spraying, electrophoresis, etc.
