According to the requirements of the processing drawing, the machine tool is controlled by the program to perform cutting processing on the timing pulley. Turning is a key step in the production process. CNC lathe processing can accurately control the processing parameters to achieve high precision and high efficiency.
3. Tooth processing: Using hobbing or gear shaping machine to process the tooth profile of the pulley is an indispensable production step. Tooth processing requires high precision and reasonable selection of equipment and tools. At the same time, it is also very important to have processing technology and experience to ensure the accuracy and quality of the tooth profile.
4. Drilling, countersinking, tapping, keyway, mounting flange, etc.
The manufacturing process of timing pulley includes multiple links, each of which has its own special requirements.
5. Surface treatment: In order to improve the surface quality and anti-oxidation performance, the synchronous wheel needs to be surface treated. Common surface treatment methods include: oxidation, blackening, nickel plating, galvanizing, phosphating, spraying, electrophoresis, etc.
