High Cost-effective TPU Timing Belt
Barbieri® TPU timing belt: made of thermoplastic polyurethane material, with high wear resistance, embedded parallel high-strength steel wire core, to ensure that the belt maintains good movement ability during transmission.
Timing belts can choose to add a layer of green cloth on the tooth surface and back to reduce the noise during operation; you can add a layer of polyurethane on the back of the timing belt to prevent corrosion or high load; you can also choose special custom processing.
Barbieri®-O (Open end belt) is manufactured in standard roll length of 100 m and specific size is on request.
Timing belt with fabric：The back of the tooth surface of the timing belt and the nylon surface layer can effectively reduce the friction coefficient, enhance the meshing of the belt and the pulley, and reduce the noise and vibration.
High tensile steel wire is embedded within the core wires neatly arranged uniformly, the drive belt to ensure good performance, stable and accurate transmission.
We offered special cord in order to meet customer requirements:
1. Zinked Steel Cord: Water resistance,dimensional stability,high creep resistance.
2. Stainless Steel Cord: High corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, high creep resistance.
3.Kevlar Cord: Improving flexibility of belts and reducing its weight, corrosion won't be happen,high water resistance and haven't had magnetic. It won't impede system job when using metal
detector.
