Synchronizing pulley for self-tracking timing belt
Barbieri® Self tracking timing pulley is a pulley with a guide groove structure. The groove structure is provided on the wheel surface. The groove guide force is used to maintain the center trajectory, increase stability and precision, and ensure smooth transmission to prevent deviation.
The self-tracking pulley is equipped with a groove structure (with corresponding toothed timing belts, such as ATK10, TK10, ATK20, HTDK8M). When the timing belt is transmitted on the pulley, the groove structure can effectively fix the belt on the center track, thereby preventing deviation.
The perfect meshing of the guide rail timing belt and the self-tracking pulley reduces relative sliding, effectively avoids belt shedding and deviation, and improves transmission efficiency and accuracy.
