Tension sleeve keyless timing pulley: The tension sleeve is matched with the shaft. When the screws are tightened correctly, the inner surface shrinks inward to fix the shaft, while the outer surface expands outward to clamp the timing pulley. It can be installed quickly and easily, and does not require key connection, which provides the convenience of quick replacement and maintenance.

We process the timing pulley through CNC machine tools, which can accurately control the processing parameters and achieve high-precision production. Surface treatment can be selected: primary color oxidation, hard anodizing, blackening, nickel plating, zinc plating, phosphating, electrophoresis, etc.
