Barbieri® Timing Belt Pulley with Taper Lock Bushing is an efficient and accurate connection solution for shaft fixed transmission. The core of the Taper sleeve keyless timing pulley lies in its expansion sleeve connection mechanism. The expansion sleeve is a ring-shaped part with a taper inside. When subjected to external force, its inner diameter will change, thus tightly holding the shaft. This connection method does not require keyway processing on the shaft, greatly reducing processing costs and installation time.
It can be customized according to customer's drawing requirements. The production is carried out by program-controlled machine tools to process the timing pulley, which can accurately control the processing parameters and achieve high-precision and high-efficiency production.
In order to improve the surface quality and anti-oxidation performance, the timing pulley needs to be surface treated. The surface treatment methods can be selected: oxidation, blackening, nickel plating, zinc plating, phosphating, spraying, electrophoresis, etc.
